The Traditional Music Foundation focuses on acoustic American traditional music in folk style genres. TMF does not fund classical music or contemporary jazz studies. Students concentrating their studies on American roots styles (including but not limited to old-time, bluegrass, traditional blues, Cajun/Zydeco, etc.) are eligible for the scholarship. |
